Hi there! Welcome to the No Nose Kitchen! My name is Krasava and I was born with congenital anosmia, which is a fancy way to say that I was born without the ability to smell. Food had absolutely no role in my life until I met my husband, an amateur chef, and he showed me just how good food can be when you take aromatics out of the question and substitute them with something even more important: texture.
So if you’re a fellow anosmiac like me, have a child that’s a picky eater, have a bad cold, or just want to try something new and different, welcome!
